You will be within a 15 minutes walk to the local village of Lympstone which has a shop and a number of pubs serving food. Other destinations well worth a visit include historic Exeter with its cathedral and leisure facilities Crealy Adventure Park Bicton Park the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth and Dartmoor with its wildlife and rugged scenery. The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine microwave and DAB radio with iPod docking station. Outside: private garden with seating patio and summer house and patio area to the front of the property with views over the nearby countryside (beside the parking area) Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Regret no pets. Location: beach 2 miles shop and pubs 15 minutes walk. Arrival: 4pm.

The popular seaside resort of Exmouth, in south eastern Devon, has long been a favourite with visitors seeking a sandy beach and sunny weather in the South West. Situated near to Cockwood, Lympstone, Dawlish Warren, Woodbury, Dawlish, and Budleigh Salterton Exmouth is one of more than three hundred towns and villages in Devon in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest main city is Exeter which has population of over 100,000 and a wide variety of shops, restaurants and cinemas.
